SMM support for a well-known, popular chain of department stores is a point of pride, but not a simple task. STOCKMANN has over 300 brands, and focus should be devoted to each of them. Along with the client's team, we do a colossal amount of work every day so that the wide audience in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, and Murmansk knows that STOCKMANN is a place where you can easily put together a wardrobe for the whole family, and buy everything you need for a beautiful, cozy home.

- Increase customer loyalty among the current audience and attract a new one
- Communicate the advantages of STOCKMANN and stand out from the competition
- Inform audience of the selection and offerings, convert brand awareness into consideration and purchases
- Stimulate visits to both department stores and online store
- Build an emotional connection with the audience
Volume and types of content
Every month we develop no fewer than 240 pieces of content for the STOCKMANN online community on social media. A minimum of 16 of these are in dynamic video format. The photos used are brand images, the online department store's photo bank, and photos from special shoots by the Integma Creative Studio.
