Communication strategies for fashion brand NetWork

March-June 2023

NetWork — leader in the Turkish retail market, having established itself as an innovative and creative brand since 1999. His collections are based on a multicultural history of the 21st century and a mixture of different styles. The brand has 93 stores in 33 cities in Turkey, Israel and Cyprus. In Russia, NetWork is represented in «Aviapark», «Metropolis», «Afimall» and «Europolis».

At the beginning of 2023, the new brand from Turkey appeared in Russia with the unique concept and its own style. To promote NetWork, we used the most effective PR tools, launched the communication campaign and created the Russian-language website, with the potential of converting it into an online store.
Project’s work.
Development of the PR strategy to support the launch and further development of the brand in Russia.
Media planning: analysis and determination of digital and printed mass media’s with the most relevant NetWork audience.
Writing ingenious press releases, translation and adapting of the brand materials.
Newsletter, preparation of materials for fashion digests, thematic collections, etc.
Work with editors and stylists in the showroom (separate space in Upside), seeding.
Creation of a Russian-language website, that gives an idea of the brand, its focus, collections and points of sale.
Updating on the regular basis the materials on the website, also the content according to the current season.

The communication campaign was aimed at introducing with Club as the fashion Turkish brand, which is famous for the high quality of materials and workmanship.

As the part of the communication campaign in the mass media, it was organized the mailing of personalized letters and compliments from NetWork. Thus, the brand had personal contact with editors and stylists, and we have secured the support of the mass media representatives for the entire season.

SEEDING IS AN IMPORTANT TOOL IN COMMUNICATION WITH JOURNALISTS AND INFLUENCERS, THAT ALLOW TO BUILD AN EMOTIONAL CONNECTION WITH THE BRAND.AS THE RESULT, WE GET THE VIVID PUBLICATIONS THAT CAUSE THE GREATEST INTEREST OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

After the successful launch, the work has been continued on the permanent presence of the brand in the information space, including by expanding the formats of interaction with the mass media. Our initiation of materials, support of editors and stylists allowed us to introduce Russian customers to NetWork and reveal the advantages of the brand from different sides.

NetWork offers solutions for every occasion. In the brand’s collections it’s easy to find an image that is suitable for both the office and an evening out. This hybrid approach is familiar for the Russian customers, who, along with style, values versatility and practical combinatorics.

How to create a website, that looks like an online store, but it isn’t? How to bring the attention of users? What should be the basis? The main issues that our design team had to find out.

Despite the non-standard request, the site was created in very short term, since the users, who already saw the publications about NetWork in the social media , were needed to be led somewhere. It was important to show the current collections and all sales points in Russia.

At networkonline.ru we have laid a high-quality foundation for an online store with an intuitive structure and inspiring design.

You won’t get a second chance to make a first impression - this is true not only about people, but also about brands. Through the website we sought to show NetWork's independent character, its courage and progressiveness. We are sure that the brand has a long and successful history ahead.
